Patient of Cedar Park TSO “Recently I developed a swollen, irritated, and watery left eye. I tried the neighborhood clinic who prescribed me antibiotics for what they thought was pink eye. After six days, there was no improvement. I have not been to an eye doctor in 40 years, but now was the time. TSO had a good reputation that I was aware of, so I tried the one in Kingwood. When I called, I was greeted with a friendly voice saying, “How can we help you see better today?” They were able to make an appointment for me the same day - three hours after my call. When I arrived, a young lady approached me and addressed me by my name (good guess). She asked me to fill out some brief paperwork. I submitted it, then an assistant escorted me into an examination room for a few questions and eye checks. After a fewminutes, I was lead to a waiting area and told Dr. Owens would see me shortly. I waited no more than five minutes when Dr. Owens brought me into another examination room. After a more detailed eye exam, it was determined that I had an allergic reaction of some kind, but not pink eye. I was prescribed a steroid that began working immediately to relieve my sore and watery eye. I was asked to return for two follow up visits to check my progress - one with Dr. Pham and the other with Dr. Owens. They were kind enough to not charge me for the final follow up. I highly recomment the Kingwood TSO for any eye care issues. In all three visits, I sensed the staff was fast and efficient, but I never felt rushed. This place is super clean, has a very friendly atmosphere, and it was pleasant to be assisted by beautiful professional ladies..” - Jason G.
