30 z July 2018 Looking to hire a new associate at your TSO office? Here are the steps to setting up a new job listing. 1. Login to TSONetworkUpdate.com and click TSO Recruiting 2. Locate your current open positions and click on your candidates 3. Use the built-in system to send emails directly from the program to move candidates forward, send rejection letter or request for a phone interview. 4. Fill out the required information for the job and post! 5. Be sure to check off all the recruiting websites you would like the job posted to. Your job will be active for 30 days. Please be sure to respond to candidates in a timely manner. FAQs for TSO Recruiting 1. How long can an office post a job for? 30 days. After 30 days, the system will remove the position unless you have active candidates moving through the screening process. 2. Can more than one person have access to the recruiting account in my office? Yes, we recommend utilizing a general office email address to do so in your account. You can adjust that in your settings or have your market coordinator assist. We do not recommend multiple recruiting accounts per office. 3. I need assistance on the job description.
