Special Virtual Shareholder Meeting

The TSO, Inc. Board of Directors has announced a virtual Shareholder Meeting to be held on March 30, 2022 at 7:00 PM. An announcement with a registration link has been sent to all Shareholders.
The shareholder meeting is to present a proposed amendment to the TSO, Inc. By-Laws extending the current limit of two consecutive, three year terms to three consecutive, three year terms.
This proposed amendment was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors at their winter meeting, held on February 2, 2022.
