Shareholder Meeting is Canceled

Unfortunately, the Shareholder meeting that was set for October 24th, 2021 at The Westin in The Woodlands has been canceled.

Reid Robertson, O.D the Chairman of the Board sent out a notice last week explaining why the meeting had to be cancelled. Noting, a low number of registrations, as well as no longer requiring a vote for a motion that raised at Family Reunion, and requiring more time to put together a comprehensive plan that the Board feels confident will provide the means for the organization to continue to grow.

The Board of Directors is making a strong effort to be transparent and include the shareholders in the plans to move forward and will continue to plan to have a future meeting to explain the systems which we will adopt to ensure that TSO continues to grow.

The next BOD meetings will be held in the Woodlands at The Marriot on November 3, 2021, February 2, 2022 and May 4, 2022.
