There are over 100 active accounts on TSO University’s New Associate Training System that have been inactive for more than a month. If you are taking a mental break from online training, here are some tips to get you back on track.
-
-
- Treat an online course like a “real” course, and get focused on preparing for the chapter quizzes.
- Hold yourself accountable and set a target completion date.
- Practice time management. We encourage one hour of study time daily to finish the program in a six-month period.
- Create a regular study space and stay organized.
- Eliminate distractions. If you know that music may take you away from learning, be flexible enough to allow yourself some quiet time.
- Figure out how you learn best. Do you retain information by writing it down or by reading it twice? Learn what works best for your learning style.
- Actively participate in the courses and leverage your network. Ask your doctor about any questions you have about your course that can clarify areas of uncertainty.
