BOD Election Announcement

Dr. Benny Peña, owner of three Texas State Optical locations, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls, and co-owner of Texas State Optical Colleyville, has been elected to the TSO, Inc. Board of Directors to fill the shareholder-owner director position vacated by Dr. Chris Warford. Dr. Peña will serve the last few months of Dr. Warford’s term, which expires June 30, 2024. After the term expires, he will be eligible to run for re-election for three consecutive terms.

Mr. Steve Baker was elected as our new outside Director, receiving the majority of the vote. Mr. Baker will take over Dr. Mark Wright, who was re-elected for a three-year term at the Shareholder Meeting last spring. Mr. Baker will be eligible to run for three consecutive terms after completing Dr. Wright’s term.
