Dear Provider,

Sometime next week, new website security changes will go into effect on the Avesis portal. Once your stores login, it will ask them to authenticate the user. If the current password

meets the new criteria, it will not need to be changed, however, if it does not, it will ask for a new one to be created. I am attaching a user guide for your reference and asking that you give your stores a heads up that this is coming. This initial round will only affect the commercial portal. The government site will be updated at a later date.
