During the opening session, Curtis engaged the attendees with juggling, a fun game of “Simon Says”, and fire eating; utilizing his performance expertise to demonstrate his key concepts and make his message memorable. Curtis provided all in attendance an awakening and insightful journey to discover the powerful secrets of how to live life at performance level. During his course, he encouraged the Doctors and staff of TSO to overcome spectacular challenges by transforming their way of thinking, increase awareness of themselves and others, be encouraged to take risks in their thoughts and actions, and develop a new attitude and outlook understand the value of collaboration and teamwork. Through a series of interactive sessions, TSO office can apply these potent lessons in leadership, teamwork and innovation. He encouraged the Doctors of TSO and staff to take responsibility for their actions and make character-centered decisions be more productive on a daily basis. All in attendance left with an empowered confidence in their leadership skills and their abilities to communicate effectively and handle conflict creatively. After his engaging presentation, Curtis surprised all in attendance with a signed copy of his bestselling book, Life at Performance Level.
