It is because of you that our commitment to caring continues and the TSO Network legacy is maintained. Dr. Nielsen and Leeanna, I just wanted to share an experience I had with two of your employees, Becky and Shandi. I recently had an exam at a competitor of yours across the I 35. They were rude and disorganized but after years in the military, I don’t really mind bad customer service, as long as they get the job done. However, when trying to get a new pair of contacts (to last me until the 1st if the year, for insurance purposes) I accidentally dialed your office number which was listed below theirs online. The staff member that answered was cheerful and helpful and immediately figured out how to help me out. Then, we realized, I had the wrong number. So, I placed a call to my optometrist and when they eventually got around to dealing with my call they let me know there was nothing they could do. So, I went and picked up a copy of my prescription from them, drove to your store and met your amazing staff. Especially helpful were Becky and Shandi.
