4 l December 2017 New Shareholder Benefit- Online Sales Reporting and Payments We are pleased to offer you a new service — online sales reporting and payments. Now Shareholder Doctors of TSO can submit their monthly sales reports and authorize to have payment deducted automatically from a designated checking or savings account. Listed below are benefits of the program: • Shareholders are not required to change their present banking relationship to take advantage of this service. • It saves time and postage. • It’s easy to sign up for, easy to cancel. • As an added benefit, all offices signed up for electronic payments will also be eligible for direct deposit of vendor rebates. FAQs How do I find the form? Login to TSONetworkUpdate.com and click on the SALES ENTRY FORM on the black (left side) dashboard panel. Can I submit my report online and mail a check? Yes, Shareholder Doctors of TSO will have the option to submit online sales reports and submit a check. Please notify Alex Castaneda at alexandra@tso.com when you mail your payment. If I choose automatic withdrawal, when will the funds be taken from the designated account? If reporting online, all reports are required to be submitted by the 15th of each month. The funds will be withdrawn on the 20th of each month, or five business days after the 15th. Can I choose to have my member dues and brand license fee withdrawn? Yes, you can authorize to have both withdrawn. Can I choose which months I want automatic withdrawal? Yes, by contacting Alexandra Castaneda at alexandra@tso.com , you can schedule the months most convenient for you. How do I enroll? An email with an opt in form has been sent to all Shareholders. Upon opting in, you will receive a Docusign form from Mary Han at mary@tso.com to be completed and returned. Call Center & Billing Service Beta Testing The TSO Network is exploring the opportunity of providing Network Members with a full-service Phone Center support program whereby all scheduling phone calls would be handled by professional call operators. Eliminating these calls from the day to day operations of a busy office can provide more time for staff to focus on the care and service they are providing patients in the office.
