December 2017 l 3 New Texas State Optical Opens in Northwest Houston Dr. Shiroz Virani, a current member of the TSO Network has purchased an existing practice and converted it to one of the newest Texas State Optical locations. Her first Texas State Optical located in Katy, TX is a Platinum Practice and continues to grow its patient base and serve the Cinco Ranch community. Her new practice was previously Northwest Vision and located in the Target shopping center at Hollister and US290. Dr. Virani purchased the practice and has converted it to a Texas State Optical. She has upgraded equipment, frame inventory and performed some minor remodeling prior to opening as a TSO. “We will continue to upgrade the location and we know we need to do some significant remodeling but we are pleased that since converting to a TSO we are seeing a steady growth in new patients”, said Dr. Virani. “We are fortunate to have Dr. Bhagyashree Lad working with us in the new office, she is a great doctor and patients really connect with her” said Dr. Virani. “There is so much untapped potential for the practice that we thought it was a great opportunity”, said Nizar Virani, Dr. Virani’s husband and business partner. “Texas State Optical is such a great opportunity for any doctor wanting to grow professionally and financially.
