Market Specialist Brittni Dumas provides communication, assistance and groundwork to make sure the Network office is engaged with members.
Market Specialist provides support by:
- Following through with planning and logistics for training and member development plans
- Coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials
- Assistance in producing special events for members such as trunk shows, grand openings and anniversaries
- Producing local executive committee meetings and local training events
- Research in markets to determine the most effective way of growing a practice through community involvement, local advertising and special events
- Customer service support with special requests by members
- Assist doctors with social and digital media
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space for the purpose of marketing
- Giving assistance to the doctors in updating their location to the brand standards
- Keeping the Network TSO Facebook page up-to-date
- Delegating customer complaints to Practice Consultants
