Vendor Relations Committee Announces New ALCON Rewards Program

Vendor partnerships are an important strategic focus for TSO that continue to provide valuable financial support of our organization along with product savings, insight and access to latest technologies and a variety of business and clinical education. Alcon Vision Care has been partnering with TSO bringing quality eye care products for patient care to our organization for over 20 years. The Vendor Relations Committee of the TSO Network is pleased to announce that Alcon will continue their partnership and longstanding support of TSO through the end of 2017.

Alcon’s partnership will include, support of Vision Quest, regional and local meetings and cooperative advertising. Alcon will also continue to provide high quality service through their professional sales representatives, while offering a complete portfolio of contact lenses and lens care products. Additionally, Alcon has recognized the differences in each TSO member’s contact lens business. This awareness has resulted in Alcon creating a unique change to their contact lens growth reward program. Each TSO Network Office now has the opportunity to choose between one of two distinct value-adding reward programs in 2015.

The Sales Growth option is targeted at elevated payout on sales growth dollars, while the Market Share option has no minimum purchase requirement and measures your Alcon dollar share versus your total contact lens purchases. Each of these programs offers you the chance to best align your current contact lens practice with the most suitable program.

You will continue to see ongoing communication regarding the details of these two program options. More importantly, each Doctor of TSO is encouraged to talk through the specifics of each program and the greatest value opportunity for your practice with your Alcon representative.
