Upcoming Webinars Focus on HR for Offices

TSO is pleased to partner with Essilor to provide a series of webinars to address common HR and business challenges for your practice.  We understand many of you are faced with day to day challenges related to management and leadership of your teams.  Some of the common challenges we all experience include; hiring the right person for a job, providing training and development to staff, recognizing and rewarding staff, providing coaching and feedback to staff, and holding effective staff meetings.  The webinar series will focus on HR best practices and give each of you an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas related to the common challenges each of you may be facing.

Each webinar will be held from 8 PM to 9 PM each date listed above and registration links will be provided for each webinar directly through an email link. The information being shared is proprietary information from Essilor.  As a result we will not have the ability to record the sessions or distribute additional materials following the webinars.  Please review your schedules and make it a priority to attend the sessions so you and your practice can take full advantage of the great information that will be shared.

    Important information regarding how to communicate more effectively with your team and how to hold effective staff meetings.
