A day and a half practice management conference featuring Dr. Mark Wright will be held at the Hilton Post Oak in Houston on November 17-18, 2012. The conference will concentrate on improving TSO Network office practices through measurement of key activity. The combination of lecture and hands-on small group work offers attendees the ability to take their learning home and implement beginning the next day.
Dr. Mark Wright is faculty chair of the practice management curriculum at The Ohio State University School of Optometry and is founder of Pathways to Success, an Internet-based practice management program. He built a 10-OD independent practice before devoting his career to education and practice consulting. He serves as professional co-editor of Review of Optometric Business.
“The first rule of practice management is: measure to manage. This seminar is designed to help you improve your practice by teaching you what to measure, how to measure and then what to do with your measurements in a very practical, applicable seminar. The format of the seminar is a mixture of lecture, group discussion, break-out groups and exercises. You will walk out of the seminar with a specific action plan to take back to your practice and implement,” Dr. Mark Wright.
