Superior and Block announced the signing of an agreement to combine their businesses creating one of the largest independent vision benefit providers serving the employer group and health plan markets.
The transaction between Superior and Block is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed within the next few months. As for as the day-to-day business, everything will remain status quo for both Superior and Block. Your provider relations contacts within Superior and Block will remain the same, as will the process for contacting customer service, obtaining authorizations, and submitting claims.
