San Antonio Optician’s Boot Camp was held at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Sunday, November 9th. Mark Hinton, CEO and President of eYeFacilitate did an amazing job and kept the 60 plus attendees engaged for hours. Connecting with patients, creating excitement for the patient by saying Vision Savings Plan instead of Insurance, understanding that patients buy with emotion; using social proof and learning the importance of using proper verbiage are just a few of the things this year’s boot camp attendees walked away with.
