On September 1, I took my son into the Northline TSO because he’d broken his glasses yet again. All three of us in my family wear glasses, so I have been a loyal customer of TSO for years. I recommended TSO to my parents as well.
In all the years I’ve had to shop for glasses, I have never experienced the great level of customer service as I did from Ramiro Acre. I did not have benefits for new frames until November, but my son’s vision is so bad he was unable to do another week of school without glasses even if new ones were not in my budget. Mr. Arce offered me the “back to school” special and explained to my (teenage) son that he can get the high end frames in November without momma paying retail price. He took the time to work with my son and help him select 2 frame styles that he’d be pleased with in lieu of the Nike frames he had his heart set on.
Mr. Arce took the time to explain options to us and made us feel as if we were the only customers in need of assistance by giving us 100% GREAT customer service. He did not pressure to purchase anything and was very helpful and patient. I really appreciate that when you’re worried about an unexpected cost as it is!
I am very pleased with the level of service I received and plan to return in November to purchase my son’s glasses and purchase my own in March.
Great job Mr. Arce!! Keep up the great work-you are a true asset to TSO! I work in HR so I know the true value of great employees and Mr. Arce is a KEEPER!
