Schedule a time with your practice consultant and market coordinator. 2. During this meeting, your practice consultant and marketing coordinator will discuss your annual or quarterly budget. Your market coordinator will bring to the meeting a list of local publications to consider for print advertising and information on digital marketing options. 3. Decide on your final budget based on your marketing choices. Utilizing the tool kit marketing budget template, your market coordinator will submit a breakdown of your quarterly purchased for final review and approval. 4. Upon approval, your market coordinator will work with appropriate parties to initiate your marketing and get your office on the track to marketing success.
