Will TSO be providing transportation to and from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport? Yes, transportation vouchers will be distributed in May 2019. What about parking? Self-parking is complimentary at the resort. When does registration close? All registrations must be completed by Friday, May 10, 2019. About the Vision Quest Room Block Is TSO Network providing a free day on Wednesday, June 19, 2019? NO. The Vision Quest Conference dates on June 16-18, 2019 were designed to allow doctors and staff time to return to their offices sooner. We need more than two rooms for our office. Who do we contact? Contact the Lost Pines Resort at (512) 308-1234 and request the TSO doctor block rate during the reservations process. Each TSO Network office is allotted two rooms (one for TSO Doctor and one for TSO Staff ) for the duration of the conference that will be allocated to the TSO Network master account. Please carefully read the requirements for room reservations below, as the procedures have changed: 1. Upon the FIRST registration completion per office, the TSO Network Office will place TWO rooms on hold at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in the DOCTOR SHAREHOLDER’S NAME (not the staff member or guest) for the dates of June 16-18, 2019. 2. No action will be needed by the office to reserve these rooms. Unless requested otherwise, one king bedroom and one double bedroom will be reserved per office. All rooms are based on a first registered, first reserved basis. 3. If an office requires more than TWO ROOMS to be reserved during or outside of the conference dates of June 16-18, 2019, those reservations will be the responsibility of the individual office. TSO Network will not be responsible for reserving any additional rooms for the Vision Quest Conference. 4. All rooms, whether reserved by the TSO Network or individual TSO office will be based on a first registered, first reserved basis. King beds are not guaranteed. 5. The reservation block will close on Friday, May 10, 2019. No reservations will be accepted after this day. 2019 Board of Directors Dates The next meetings of the TSO Board of Directors for 2019 are listed below. If you would like to attend any of these meetings, please complete the emailed registration that is sent approximately two weeks prior to each meeting. It is important to know the number attending in advance of the meeting. All shareholder doctors are welcome to attend. Remaining dates to be held at the Hotel Sorella in Houston, Texas.
