New Labor Law Poster Required, April 30, 2012

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has issued a Final Rule that requires employers to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).  This regulation is a mandatory posting effective by April 30, 2012.
