Our claims processing procedures are changing effective 7/25/16. We will no longer have the capability of manually breaking out dilation from the submitted exam charge. The exam and dilation will need to be billed separately to ensure correct payment.
An error message will appear on the EOP stating dilation should be billed separately. The dilation can always be refiled if that occurs.
