Advantica recently launched a newly designed and enhanced website, www.advanticabenefits.com, featuring more streamlined navigation and a new look.
The new site offers advanced interactive and self-service features, including links to online portals specifically designed to serve the unique need of providers, brokers and benefit managers. For example, providers can now verify member eligibility.
Member functionality has also been expanded. Members can now check the status of a claim, locate providers by zip code and print a map with directions to a selected provider’s location. They can also review their benefits and print temporary ID cards.
