Valenta Carter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University-San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following Texas State, Dr. Carter she attended University of Houston College of Optometry where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Carter is a therapeutic optometrist who is board certified by the American Board of Optometry. She is committed to providing customized care for each patient because maximizing their vision is paramount to her.
