Dr. Nitin Patel Is a therapeutic optometrist who practices family eye care at this full-scope optometric practice in Farmers Branch. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1992.

Dr. Patel has 19 years of eye care experience and is committed to providing the highest quality eye care and patients experience. He achieves this using current technology, advanced optical products and an attentive and highly skilled staff.

Dr. Patel is trained in co-management of pre and post-op cataract surgery and LASIK . He has a special interest in the treatment and management of ocular diseases such as red eye, dry eye, foreign body removal, and glaucoma. In addition to providing thorough eye examinations and prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses he can diagnose and treat most medical eye conditions. He formerly practiced optometry in Addison and welcomes established and new patients to his office.
