Dr. Matthew Phan was born and raised in Texas. He received a Bachelors of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in Human biology and a Doctorate of Optometry from The Ohio University College of Optometry.

His passion for optometry is driven by the ability to improve the quality of his patients lives. He has training in the management of binocular vision conditions, specialty contact lens fittings, disease management, dry eye management, low vision exams, and managing patients that are on long-term use of medications that can affect the health of the eyes.
