Dr. Devera is excited to be opening TSO at Clear Lake Marketplace and even more excited to be working with the community. He says, “ I think my favorite part of this job is the relationships that are built. People visit this office, trusting me with their eye care needs, and I am not satisfied until those needs are met. It’s fulfilling when I see someone walk out of the office with their needs met.”

After graduating from Friendswood High School, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M University. His studies continued at the University of Houston College of Optometry where he graduated as a Doctor of Optometry. Following his studies, Dr. Devera was employed at TSO Texas City for three years. He spends most of his free time with his family.
