Dr. Kevin Katz Invites You to the TOA Convention!

Come join your colleagues at the TOA convention Feb 16-19 in Austin. TSO has been a big supporter of the convention for a number of years. Many doctors attend and TSO hosts a reception as well as the after banquet party. Come be a part of the fun and camaraderie and join many of the TSO doctors who do attend.

The doctors’ education is spectacular this year. There is a lot of good didactic information as well as excellent practice management and social networking lectures from national inspiring lecturers. Don’t forget that the Branding Texas Style lectures get you a $200 check back just for attending.

The TOA has made a huge commitment to staff education at this year’s convention because we believe that good medical practice is dependent on great staff.  For the first time in many years there will be a dual track ce for staff.

The first will be advanced paraoptometric education. This is at a much higher level than it has ever been. Medical assistants will be educated with the emphasis on understanding patient eye disease. Education will focus on the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease and contact lenses.

A second track will be focused more on practice management, billing and coding, contact lenses and opticianary. A nationally renowned speaker, Laurie Guest, will help your staff come back ready to grow your practices.

Staff can pick any classes to attend so that they should have a full educational opportunity based on their level of education and the practice’s needs.

We would encourage doctors to bring their key people, to experience quality, professional education. We believe that it will help their practices rise above the competition and provide excellent patient care. More than that it is a reward and incentive for the people that keep our offices successful.
