We would like to take this opportunity to notify you of certain administrative changes regarding the claims payment procedures for Block Vision’s commercial group vision care programs.
Listed below are the changes that will become effective December 1, 2014:
• A new mailing address for submission of paper claims
• A new website address for electronic claim submissions via direct data entry
Block Vision of Texas will provide you with the new mailing address for paper claim submissions and the new website address and instructions for accessing the web- site for online claim submissions prior to the December 1, 2014, effective date of these changes. Please note that there will be no changes to the claims payment procedures for Block Vision of Texas’ Medicaid, CHIP or Medicare programs.
