Each year an election is held to fill the seats of directors whose terms have been completed. Directors are elected to three-year terms.
This past election was deferred until after the board met on January 27 to discuss and vote on a proposal changing the number of positions on the board along with their duties. These proposed changes were approved at the meeting on Sunday, January 27th.
Candidates who have accepted their nomination and agree to serve if elected will be included on a ballot that will be sent to all network shareholders. A brief biography and photo of each candidate will be provided in a PDF file in order for voting members to know a little about the people running for a position on the board.
